Our scooters are powerhouses, offering a range of up to 17+ miles per charge (rider weight and average speed may impact range).

Scootz Portable - range of up to 12+ miles per charge which is the equivalent of up to 10-15+ hours in the parks.

Scootz Endurance - range of up to 14+ miles per charge which is the equivalent of up to 13-18+ hours in the parks.

Revo 4 Wheel - range of up to 17+ miles per charge which is the equivalent of up to 15-18+ hours in the parks.

Revo 3 Wheel - range of up to 17+ miles per charge which is the equivalent of up to 15-18+ hours in the parks.

Absolutely, our scooters are designed with convenience in mind. When you fold down the tiller arm on the Scootz Portable, the scooter becomes smaller than most strollers. Did we forget to mention the Scootz Portable only weighs a mere 46.5 lbs. (including the battery) with no need to disassemble or remove the battery for transport in most vehicles. Our Endurance model will fit in vehicles of all sizes featuring easy one click disassembly and re-assembly. When disassembled, the heaviest piece weighs only 40.75lbs. The Revo will also fit in most vehicles. Disassembly will be required. Once disassembled, the front section of the Revo 4 wheel is 57lbs being heaviest piece, the heaviest piece of the Revo 3 wheel is the rear section at 48lbs.

Disney insists either you or a guest from your party be present for drop off and pick up. Most other hotels are a bit more relaxed and will allow the scooter to be left with the bellhop. However, included in our complimentary delivery package is a comprehensive orientation and demo. Therefore, it's a wise choice to be present at delivery so you can soak in all the knowledge to make the most of your scooter rental.

In the rare event that your scooter decides it needs a little break of its own, we ask that you just give us a call and we will quickly dispatch a technician to your location to repair or replace the scooter. Please keep in mind if a replacement is needed, we will do our best to replace it with the same color however it is subject to availability.

Although no manufacturer makes a waterproof scooter, they are lightly water resistant. We ask that you do your best to keep the electrical components free of excessive water and rain.

All of our scooters are allowed on theme park transportation.

Yes, this is no problem at all. On the checkout form, you will have the ability to put in separate locations for delivery and return if needed.

Unfortunately, the theme parks do not allow deliveries or pickups.
