Cleaned and Sanitized Before Every Rental
Every Scootz scooter arrives freshly cleaned and fully inspected, because your health and safety come first. Between every rental, each scooter returns to our distribution warehouse for a thorough reconditioning before it goes back out to another guest. We begin with a complete battery and charger test to confirm proper charging and full capacity, followed by a mechanical inspection to make sure the scooter is in safe, reliable working order.
Once a scooter passes those checks, it moves into our three step cleaning and sanitizing process. First, we use 120 psi high pressure air to clear away every trace of dust and debris from the frame, wheels, and hard to reach areas. Next, we clean the entire scooter from top to bottom with automotive grade solutions, treating all hard and soft components including the seat, armrests, and handles. Finally, the scooter moves to a separate sanitizing area where we wipe every surface with medical grade solutions and finish with a sanitizing fogging machine that reaches the spaces a cloth cannot.
The result is a pristine, sanitized, and mechanically sound scooter delivered to your door for every single rental, so you can ride with complete peace of mind.
